It’s rare that I find (more than rare, try never) self help books that I do not automatically roll my eyes to. I originally read this book during a very frustrating and dead pan time of my life. A time when I was feeling that “changes were ‘o comin’” but had no idea what I wanted, needed, or felt was missing. Believe it or not this damn piece of crap changed my life. Ima gonna give it a second read through… ;-)
